Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop interactive multimedia based on Moodle to increase student's learning motivation on PPKn subject in SMK. This research development method uses the Hannafin & Peck development model and Tessmer evaluation. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation, walkthrough, questionnaires and observations. Validation involves media, material and language experts, using walkthroughs, media validation with an average of 4.3, validation of material with an average of 4.4 and validation of the language of 4.1 and all validations stated are very valid, to assess the practicality of using the one to one stage with the average of 4.9, small group stage with an average of 4.5, all stages are considered very practical. The field test stage has a potential effect to improve the students' learning motivation using questionnaire by 86.8% and considered very high motivation category and the percentage of observation is 85.9% and considered very good motivation category. The results showed that the interactive multimedia based on Moodle is valid, practical and potential to increase students' learning motivation in SMK
