Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di masa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap produktivitas kerja pekerja tambang PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja tambang satuan kerja penambangan swakelola jenjang 4,5,6 PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk dengan menggunakan sensus yang berjumlah 58 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, analisis koefisien korelasi (r) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Data dalam analisis ini diolah dengan menggunakan program Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di masa pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pekerja tambang PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk.
