Abstract

This study aims to explore information about the learning styles of grade 4 students when face-to-face learning is reapplied after online learning at SD Negeri 245 Palembang. This study of student learning styles uses descriptive research methods, with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques needed by researchers are observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The number of samples is 42 respondents. The conclusion of this study is that the learning styles most used by grade 4 students are visual learning styles with a percentage of 35.26%, both auditory 34.05%, and kinesthetic 30.69%. This study obtained a very good category of 2.38% with 1 respondent, both 26.19% or 11 respondents, enough with 20 respondents with a percentage of 47.62%, less than 8 respondents with a percentage of 19.04% and 4.77% bad category with 2 respondents. The results of the interview show that knowing the learning styles of students is important in optimizing the information obtained by students, especially if it is known to be different if students have good character and Mrs. Mul stated that there are 2 students who are not fluent in reading. The results of student observations focus on paying attention and listening to the teacher when conveying information, students also often ask if there is less clear subject matter.
