Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parents in maintaining the health of children aged (3-4) years according to health protocols during the covid-19 pandemic in the Sword Village of Musi Rawas. This study uses descriptive research methods and. Data analysis used by researchers is qualitative data. Miles and Huberman use data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation, data condensation, data presentation in the form of short narratives and draw conclusions, and draw conclusions. Sources of data are taken from three parents who have children aged (3-4) years. Efforts made by parents in maintaining the health of children aged 3-4 years according to health protocols in Sword Musi Rawas Village are parents teach and familiarize children with washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, and reducing mobility in the application of masks in the community. Sword Village. From the results of the study, it was found that parents motivate children to maintain health by facilitating children with masks, vitamins, medicines, and nutritious food.
