Abstract

This research discusses community empowerment through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) literacy house program of PT Sampoerna Agro, Tbk. The purpose of this research is to analyze how community empowerment through the Literacy House Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Sampoerna Agro, Tbk. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Suharto’s 5P concept. The result of this research is to found about the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Literacy House Program. Keywords : Community Empowerment, Strategy, CSR
