Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the students’ adjustment in cross-major courses of X grade students in MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. This research used a quantitative approach which survey method. The instrument for collecting data was Likert scale. The population in this study amounted to 243 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling that obtained 71 respondents from X grade. The results showed that the students’ adjustment in cross-major courses were 62% of students in high category, 27% of students in very high category, 11% of students in moderate category.
