Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kompetensi tutor pendidikan kesetaraan di Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (SPNF SKB) Kabupaten Banyuasin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample mengunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 36 orang tutor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Pengukuran tingkat kompetensi tutor di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Banyuasin dilakukan dengan memperhatikan 4 dimensi kompetensi yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogi, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional yang disusun berdasarkan indikator-indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompetensi pedagogi tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 81%, kompetensi kepribadian tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 84%, kompetensi sosial tergolong sangat tinggi dengan persentase 86,30%, dan kompetensi kepribadian tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 80,80% . Kompetensi tutor pendidikan kesetaraan di SPNF SKB Kab. Banyuasin rata-rata tergolong tinggi yakni 83,02% artinya sudah memiliki karakter dan pribadi pendidik yang baik serta telah memenuhi kriteria pendidik profesional sebagai agen pembelajara. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the competence of educational tutors in the Community Learning Activity Studio Education Unit (SPNF SKB) Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a sample of 36 tutors. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire, documentation and observation. The measurement of the competency level of tutors at SPNF SKB Banyuasin Regency is carried out by taking into account 4 competency dimensions which include pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence which are compiled based on predetermined indicators. The results showed that pedagogical competence was classified as high with a percentage of 81%, personality competence was classified as high with a percentage of 84%, social competence was classified as very high with a proportion of 86.30%, and personality competence was classified as high with a proportion of 80.80%. The competence of educational tutors at SPNF SKB Kab. Banyuasin has a high average of 83.02%, meaning that it has good character and educators and has met the criteria for professional educators as learning agents.
