Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis profitabilitas perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah memperoleh sertifikasi ISO seri 9001. Tolak ukur yang menjadikan penelitian ini adalah profit margin (PM), return on investment (RIO), dan return on equity (ROE) pada perusahaan PT Bukit Asam Persero Tbk. Analisis yang dilakukan berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan selama terdaftar dan mendapatkan sertifikasi ISO Seri 9001. Periode yang dilakukan selama lima tahun sebelum memperoleh seretifikasi ISO dan lima tahun sesudah memperoleh sertifikasi ISO. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder bersifat yang kuantitatif. Pada teknik penelitian ini menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test atau Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, dengan uji t sample berpasangan. Hasil dari peneliti yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan menunjukan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadapa profitabilitas perusahaan baik itu: PM, ROI dan ROE.
