Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment on the performance of teachers at SMA N Karang Jaya Kab. North Rawas Musi. The population in this study amounted to 47 teachers and used the sample method by taking all the population as respondents and using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. For SMA N Karang Jaya Kab. Musi Rawas Utara is advised to pay attention to and improve the physical work environment in order to improve the quality of teacher performance.
