Abstract
L'Oréal is one of the companies engaged in the field of self-care industry originating from France spread throughout Indonesia. Palembang is one of them that has a division of Consumer Products is a division that is responsible for distributing products to customer. Employees will get performance-based incentives for 1 month. Incentives are giving / appreciating the company for the performance that employees have done based on predetermined factors. Assessment of incentives does not yet have an integrated system. This resulted in the slow process in determining employee incentives because it takes a long time, consequently there is often delayed disbursement of employee incentives. Therefore, need a decision support system with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. the method is needed as a decision-making that can assist L'Oréal in determining employee incentives. The system is expected to provide an objective assessment recommendation in the form of a feasibility percentage for each appraisal adjusted to the criteria specified in L'Oréal. Development of this system using Waterfall system development method until the fourth stage of Testing.
