Abstract

Poltekkes Ministry of Health Palembang is a Technical Implementation Unit within the Ministry of Health under and responsible to the Head of Development and Empowerment of Human Resources Health (PPSDM Kesehatan). Poltekkes is a lot of knowledge about personnel who have the benefits and great potential if it can be utilized properly Knowledge in the form of Sharing Knowledge and Document Base Knowledge. This study describes the application of Knowledge Management System at Poltekkes Ministry of Health Palembang City in the employment division so that both types of knowledge can be didokumntasikan and distributed to all employees so that it can support the work of the employees. The system development method used is a 10-step Knowledge Management Roadmap by Amrit Tiwana. For the method of searching knowledge using string matching algorithm Raita. The purpose of this study is as a means to document and access knowledge possessed by an employee to other employees in the discussion forum so that it can help vision mission poltekkes is "POLTEKKES GO DIGITAL".
