Abstract
By having self-control, a person can regulate and direct his behavior in a positive direction. This study aims to determine the self-control of students in online learning in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected using a Likert model of psychological scale. The population in this study was 115 students of class XI IPS. The sample was taken by 35 students using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results showed that students' self-control in online learning, in general, showed that there were 7 students (20%) in the high category, 23 students (65.7%) in the medium category, and 5 students (14.3%) in the low category. So it can be seen that the Self Control of students in online learning in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Palembang is in the medium category.
