Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model hybrid learning terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI di UPT SMA Negeri 1 Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode bersifat deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 177 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA I, XI MIPA II, XI MIPA III, XI IPS I dan XI IPS II yang selanjutnya dilakukan penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling tipe simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh 114 sampel dengan pengambilan data melalui dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran hybrid learning efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI di UPT SMA Negeri 1 Banyuasin hal tersebut dapat dilihat melalui skor rata-rata enam indikator yaitu komunikasi yang efektif 87%, hasil belajar 84%, Keinginan berhasil 88%, dorongan belajar 78%, memiliki cita-cita 88% dan mendapatkan penghargaan 89%. Keenam indikator tersebut memiliki total rata-rata persentase 86% ≥ 50% sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas yaitu penggunaan model pembelajaran hybrid learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.
