Abstract

Development of teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning on the Bangun Datar material in class IV of SDN 02 Indralaya. This development research aims to produce a valid product in the form of Problem Based Learningbased learning on the Bangun Datar material in grade IV SD using the ADDIE model, which are analysis, design, development, implementation, and assessment (evaluation). This research is only limited to the development stage, and produces a final product. Problem Based Learning-based teaching materials that were developed based on validation tests by material experts, linguists and classroom teachers were obtained. from material experts 85.7% in the "very valid" category, the score from linguists was 85.7 in the "very valid" category and the score was 85.7 in the "very valid" category. from class teachers 91.6% with the category "very valid". The results of the participant's responses after the trial was limited to 19 students of class IV A SDN 02 Indralaya in the three stages of the trial obtained an average score of 88% in the "very good" category. Based on the tests and trials, it can be said that the Problem Based Learning-based learning materials in the flat shape material in grade IV SD are valid and can be used in schools as additional books to support the teaching and learning process. Henceforth, it is hoped that this teaching material product can be developed better in terms of material and appearance and it is recommended to be an alternative teaching material for teachers in supporting the learning of Bangun Datar material.
