Abstract

Alumni is a product of the institutions of higher learning as well as the University of Sriwijaya. Alumni can act as ambassadors who reflect the quality of the particular Department of the Faculty of computer science information systems FOB for society at large. With the empowerment of a good alumni certainly enhances the good image of Alma Mater in society, hence the need for a container or medium of communication to keep and strengthen the brotherly rope with alumni and giving opportunities quite widespread in open collaboration. Collaboration may include jobs, internships, graduate offerings, promotions and event information. Geographic information systems (GIS) can be used to build a system for mapping information systems Department alumni of the Faculty of computer science University of sriwijaya so it can find out where alumni work. integrate a wide range of systems, data, and information on where in the pembuatanya in the form of web programming language PHP and the MySQL database, systems development methods used are FAST (Framework for the Application of the System Thinking).
