Abstract
T drive technologies become information important role in various sectors such as education , business field , and the life of the community. The establishment of a company is based by the vision of the mission or objectives to be achieved by the company. In order to know whether the leader of the vision and mission of the company has been reached or not, all performance in the company should be measured in order to achieve the goal of that according to the company . One of the factors that measure the performance improvements to achieve the goal of a company is in terms of management or performance management effective employees, includes the process of measurement of the work of the employees it objectively through a series of performance indicators that right. One way is by using KPI ( Key Performance Indicators ) that help the company to get information about whether the employees of each d division in a company has been giving good performance on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) TBK BANGKO BRANCH.
