Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study effect of solar collector materials of tray dryer on the characteristic of dried kepok banana. The research was conducted from April 2017 to January 2018 at Biosystem Laboratory of Agricultural Technology Departement, Agricultural Faculty, Sriwijaya University. The research used descriptive method, with the collector materials treatment namely plate alumunium, steel, and zinc. The data presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed the highest average temperature of collector and drying camber was produced by treatment A1 (plate alumunium). The lowest relative humidity was produced by treatment A1( plate alumunium). The most decrease in the material mass was produced by treatment A1 (plate alumunium).
