Abstract

PT. Ruhama Insan Barokah is a service company engaged in the organization of Umrah travelling. Based on the analysis result, the author found that PT. Ruhama Insan Barokah had problems in umrah travelling ticket reservation process, such as the difficulty of reservation process and error in data processing. This study aims to build a web-based application to help the customer in Umrah travelling ticket reservation process. The output of this application is a financial report that can help in monitoring the company's cash flow. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and literature. The proposed aplication is built using PHP programming language and MySQL.
