Abstract
It was cultivated Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Spirulina platensis in tofu effluent. The cultivated microalgas were then analyzed for chemichal contents, amino acids and phycocyanins as nutrition content by using AOAC method. Water content, ash content, fat content, protein content and carbohydrate for Chlorella pyrenoidosa, consecutively, are as follow: 6,1135 (%w/w), 45,005 (%w/w), 0,088 (%w/w), 15,76 (%w/w), 33,012 (%w/w), while for Spirulina platensis are as much as 45,06 (%w/w), 32,2867 (%w/w), 0,078 (%w/w), 11,446 (%w/w), 51,128 (%w/w). However, amino acid content consisted of nine essential amino acids and six non essential amino acids, while fikosianin content of Spirulina platensis was only 0,00055%, lower than technical fertilizer culture media with phycocyanin content of 0,001%.
