Abstract

Vocational High School is an educational institution that requires face-to-face learning because learning in vocational schools is always practical. Due to covid19, the Minister of Education and Culture has allowed the Education unit to conduct face-to-face learning guided by the 4 Ministerial Decree. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of health protocol policies during face-to-face learning at SMK Negeri 4 Palembang and SMK Gajah Mada Palembang. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Informants in the study amounted to 18 informants. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data which are then analyzed using content analysis. The results showed that the implementer had a level of knowledge about health protocols. The attitude of the implementer is in accordance with the SKB 4 Ministerial. Supervision Face-to-face learning in schools is carried out directly and indirectly. However, there are still obstacles during implementation, namely some students who are still not disciplined in applying the health protocol. In conclusion, over all the implementation of the implementation of the health protocol at SMK Negeri 4 Palembang and SMK Gajah Mada Palembang has gone well, it is hoped that the Education Office and the Covid-19 Task Force and schools can seek and provide direction to resolve existing obstacles so that the implementation of the implementation of health protocols in SMK Negeri 4 Palembang and SMK Gajah Mada Palembang can run optimally.
