Abstract

Sayuran sawi putih merupakan sayuran hortikultura yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat karena mudah didapatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis adanya residu pestisida organofosfat yang berbahan aktif klorpirifos dan adanya hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap petani dengan residu pestisida organofosfat pada perkebunan sayur sawi putih di Kecamatan Sindang Kelingi Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain study cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan Simple Random Sampling (SRS) sebanyak 53 responden petani dari 4 kebun sawi putih. Analisis data untuk uji residu menggunakan alat Gas Cromatography and Mass Spectroscopy (GCMS) dengan metode pemisah kromatografi lalu dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariate dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji alternatof fisher exact. Hasil penelitian dari 4 sampel terdapat 1 sampel yang terdeteksi organofosfat jenis klorpirifos diatas BMR sebesar 0,512 mg/L yakni sampel dari Kelurahan Sindang Jati dan terdapat satu sampel yang dibawah Baku Mutu Residu sebesar 0,010 mg/L yakni sampel dari Kelurahan Belitar Muka. Hasil bivariat menunjukkan dosis pestisida (p-value 0,010), frekuensi penyemprotan (p-value 0,706), waktu penyemprotan (p-value 0,047), pengetahuan petani (p-value 0,012) dan sikap petani (p-value 0,043).
