Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out how to package and market UMKM products through Instagram social media to increase family income in the Kelurahan Pasar Muaradua. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject is UMKM actors who use Instagram as a marketing tool in Kelurahan Pasar Muaradua. The results of this study found that the quality of products and services displayed by UMKMs can be seen and assessed through the packaging of the products and services themselves, through the uploads that are shared on Instagram, in addition to promotion, the use of Instagram can reach a wide and diverse customer, and marketing that is done can increase family income, save time and money. The increased income significantly affects the family welfare for each respondent's family.
