Abstract
This experiment is used for repairing the studying process and to empower the student study result with a method a called Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). In this experiment which become subject are X IPA 5 students in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang in which 34 students in total. This experiment will be running in three cyclus. The result of study is taken from test at he end of the cyclus and activeness of the student taken from observation form. According to the experiment the result of the student before action (To) is 39.2 with the percentage of classical ending 38.2%. In cyclus one (T1) showing the average value which 50.29 with the percentage of the classical ending 47.05%. In cyclus two (T2) the average value is 61.56 with the percentage of classical ending 75%. Mean while in third cyclus (T3) the average value is 80.3 with the percentage of classical ending 96.8%. The result of the experiment with using the studying model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) can leveling up the result of students in chemistry showing from T3>T2>T1>T0, so this method is suggested for the teachers that have same problem, so they can use it as the alternative model to leveling up the studying result of the students.
