Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Hubungan antara Kekuatan Otot Lengan dengan Hasil Tembakan Jarak 50 Meter pada Atlet Panahan Junior Sumatera Selatan”. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan statistik korelasi product moment. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi populasi adalah Atlet Panahan Sumatera Selatan, Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel atlet panahanjunior sebanyak 12 orang. Oleh karena terbatasnya jumlah subyek, semua populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian penulis mengambil sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan hand dynamometer dan teknik pengumpulan data hasil tesjarak 50 meter menggunakan tes memanah jarak 50 meter. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment. Kata kunci: Push Up, Tembakan Jarak 50 Meter.
