Abstract
This study aims to determine the faktors causing fluctuating learning achievement in CKB students of the 2019 Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Sriwijaya University. This research is a kind of descriptive qualitative research using case study method. The data collection techniques used are: structured interviews, and documentation studies. In the process of collecting data, the researchers carried out data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that CKB experienced fluctuating learning achievements due to internal faktors (Internal) CKB had low interest in learning, became passive or inactive students in class, had low learning motivation, asked for help from friends in doing assignments. given, did not turn on the camera when zooming, was satisfied with the GPA (Gradual Achievement Index) obtained. From external faktors (External) CKB has a social environment or close friends who have the same characteristics as himself, as well as a disturbing home environment during learning so that learning concentration decreases.
