Abstract
There were still schools where the guidance and counseling teachers did not yet has the tools toassess the extent of success obtained after providing services to students. Even though guidance and counseling teachers really need an instrument to assess the results of the group's guidance services.The development research carried out at Senior High School 1 Indralaya aims to produce non-test instruments to evaluate the result of group counseling services that meets valid and reliable criteria. Research and development methods danthe data collection used were instrument and interview with one of the Guidance and counseling teacher at Senior High School 1 Indralaya.Based on the results of the research, the instrument developed was valid and reliable. The results of the instrument validator testing were carried out through an assessment process of three experts, namely:material expert, constructor expert, and readability expertthe average results of the validator were scored 21 and categorized very well. The input and suggestions of the three validators were used refiners for completing the instrument, after revised the instrument was tested on research subjectsof class XII IPA as many as 66 students. The results of the trial there were 3 items that were invalid so that the results of the valid test instruments were 27 items and and worth using. For reliability results obtained correlation coefficient of 0.691 in the medium category.
