Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the student’s self control of grade eight of Junior High School 1 Indralaya. The method of this research used a quantitative research type survey with the population of 254 students and the sample of 71 students who chosen by random sampling technique. The instrument for collecting the data was psychology likert scale. Data analysis technique was the quantitative descriptive using formula of percentage. The result of this study showed that the level of student’s self control of grade eight students of Junior High School 1 Indralaya was 69% students high category, 15% students very high category, 13% students medium category, and 3% students low category. This demonstrates showed that the level of self control on the part of Junior high school have been in the high categories and very high categories.
