Abstract
The objective of this research was to know the best level urea in kumpai grass (Hymnachne acutigluma) amoniation to the NDF, ADF, Celulosa, Hemicelulosa and Lignin. This research was done in two processes. The first process was making kumpai grass (Hymenachne acutigluma) amoniation within 5 days and the second step was analyzed Van Soest in Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Universitas Sriwijaya. This research used complete randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replications were : A (control), B (grass kumpai tembaga + 2% urea), C (grass kumpai tembaga + 4% urea), D (grass kumpai tembaga + 6% urea). The parameters measured were NDF, ADF, Celulosa, Hemicelulosa and Lignin. The result of this research showed that all treatments resulted significantly differences on NDF, ADF, Celulosa and Lignin but no significantly differences on hemicelulosa. The conclusion of the research was addited urea 4% give the best result in all treatments.
