Abstract

E-Learning is one of the information systems provided by Sriwijaya University to support online learning. Especially during a pandemic where face-to-face lectures are required to be turned into online learning. However, it is suspected that the use of E-Learning still has several problems. To find out what problems have occurred, interviews and also collected pre-surveys to E-Learning users, namely students where from interviews with some students still feel obstacles and from the results of the pre-survey 20 students feel dissatisfied with E-Learning. The author uses the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which to measure and determine the level of satisfaction of E-Learning users with 5 variables measured, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeless. The 5 variables measured are content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeless. The results of the answers of 304 respondents in this study obtained a high level of satisfaction on the content variable, a low level of satisfaction on the accuracy variable and a sufficient level of satisfaction on the format, ease of use and timeless variables. The author also provides recommendations regarding the results of the analysis to the E-Learning manager, namely LP3MP Sriwijaya University.
