Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial ratios consisting of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin and fixed assets turnover against profit growth. From 16 food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, only 11 companies were selected as the sample by purposive sampling method. The method to analyze used regression in panel data. The result partially how that net profit margin and fixed assets turnover significant and positive to profit growth, while current ratio and debt to equity ratio not significant and negative toward the profit growth. Simultaneously, these four independent variables together not significant to profit growth. The right suggest, the firms have to consider the performance of liquidity, solvability, profitability, and activity ratio.
