Abstract

This research purpose is to determine and analyze how the influence of work motivation on the job achievement employees of the Housing and Residential Area Departement, Prabumulih City. This research was a decsriptive quantitative by using questionnares as research instrument. As a census the total of respondents were 42 employees. The methode used to analyze the influence of work motivation on job achievement was a simple linear regression. The results, found that Work motivation has positif and significant effect on employees job achivement at Housing and Residential Area Departement in Prabumulih City. In order to improve the work motivation and the job achievement of the employees Housing and Residential Area in Prabumulih City, the leader of departement should increase supervision on their work motivation and job achievement, and also need to controll and motivational counseling to prevent occurrence of decline job achievement and performance.
