Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the corporate social responsibility program of PT. Buma Cima Nusantara (District Cinta Manis) is effective in building corporate image in Ogan Ilir Regency. In this study, researchers used a theory that is the theory of program effectiveness according to Campbell J.P. the method used is descriptive quantitative. The population and sample in this study are the community or recipients of the Corporate social responsibility program in Ogan Ilir Regency with the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The collection technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires, study documentation, and observation. The results of this study prove that the program is effective in building the company's image as evidenced by the results of respondents' answers by 82%.
