Abstract

Kebutuhan akan pakaian setiap waktunya terus naik dan dibutuhkan terus menerus. Juga dengan berkembangnya permintaan dan juga bisnis – bisnis eceran yang kini popular disebut dengan bisnis retail banyak mengalami peningkatan yang cukup tajam karena menghasilkan keuntungan yang besar. Kota Palembang merupakan salah satu kota yang padat akan salah satu aktivitas – aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan perdagangan. Dan salah satunya di bidang pakaian. Banyak nya tingkat kebutuhan akan sandang atau pakaian pada kalangan masyarakat dari semua kalangan membuat dibutuhkannya wadah yang bisa menampung kebutuhan tersebut, yaitu Factory Outlet.
