Abstract
The purpose of this study to detennine the effect of work environment on employees performance in HOTEL AND RESTAURANT DINESTI Kayu Agung. Respondents from this study were all employees at HOTEL AND RESTAURANT DINESTI Kayu Agung, which amounted to 50 people. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and as a technique of data analysis methods used simple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on employees performance. For further research, suggests for using other independent variables, such as motivation and leadership style.
