Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris dan menganalisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada PT Golden Blossom Sumatera Desa Prambatan Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan bagian pabrik berjumlah 137 karyawan. Sampel berjumlah 58 orang dengan menggunakan sampel teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Data diolah menggunakan program Statistical For Product and Service Solution (SPPS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas karyawan pada PT Golden Blossom Sumatera Desa Prambatan Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir.
