Abstract
The objective of this experiment is knowing about N-NH3 production, totality of VFA and population of rumen mycrobies that suplementation of Zn lysinate with many kind of forages. The experiment has done on Januari - Juli 2012 at Laboratorium of Nutrition ond Animal Feeding Agriculture Faculty Sriwijaya University. The experiment used the Completely Randimized Design Factorial (CRDF) with 3 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments that used in this experiment such as Legum + 15% Zn lysinate with 1% dosis (Pl), Forages + 15% Zn lysinate with 1% dosis (P2), Pennisetum Purporeum + 15% Zn lysinat with 1% dosis (P3). The result of this experiment has given that suplementation of Zn Lysinate 15% with 1% dosis to legum, increased the value of KCBK and KCBO, and suplementation of Zn lysinate with the same doses to legum, Forages and pennisetum purporeum significantly influenced the value of KCBK and KCBO (p<0,05), but not significantly influenced to N-NH3 concentrate, totality of VFA and population of rumen mycrobies.
