Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the effect of best urea using dose in com cob amoniation on NDF, ADF, cellulose, hemicellulose and Iignine NOVI DWI Y ANTI. content. This research was done in two steps. The first step was producing com cob amoniation with in 5 days and the second step was analyzed on NDF, ADF, cellulose, hemicellulose and Iignine content amoniation com cob. There were held on Animal Feed and Nutritive Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University. This research used Complete Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications, include : NO (com cob + 0% urea), N1 (com cob + 2% urea), N2 (com cob + 4% urea), and N3 (com cob + 6% urea). Every treatments added with poultry manure 15% of com cob dry weight. The parameters measured were NDF, ADF, cellulose, hemicellulose and Iignine. This research showed that by added urea dose 4% resulted significantly differences of decrease NDF (10,94%), ADF (13,76%), cellulose (20,59%), hemicellulose (6,49%) and lignin (22,53%) in com cob amoniation content.
