Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Technindo Contromatra. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai yang ada pada PT. Technindo Contromatra yang berjumlah 52 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Technindo Contromatra. PT. Technindo Contromatra kiranya dapat terus melakukan evaluasi dan meningkatkan kepemimpinan kepada pegawai melalui imbalan kontijen yang baik dan setara, kemudian membuat sistem pengawasan aktif dan pasif yang membuat nyaman pegawai agar memberikan kinerja yang memuaskan untuk PT. tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kinerja, Imbalan Kontijen
