Abstract

Planning and design Business Hotel in Palembang City Center is an effort to provide accommodation to stay for Shen to provide the required facilities are facilities businessman MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition). Location in the City Center Sudirman Palembang on the road which is also a business area with the aim of providing easy access for business travelers to conduct business activities. By being in the center of Palembang city acquired the land was minimal and small so Infill land management using the concept of architecture. Infill provide challenges and solutions to land management and the management of minimal and solid good mass building facade with old buildings that were around the farm and around the existing building. Infill in regard to the management of the existing building and the old building around the concept of infill adapting the old building from floors 1 and 2. And also to respond to the existing building by observing the demarcation line around the building, materials and colors, heights, building composition and proportions of the facade. This plan includes facilities that MICE business, room management, as well as managing the old building Key Words:
