Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Latihan Bola Gantung Terhadap Ketepatan Servis Bawah Dalam Permainan Sepak Takraw Pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Siswa Putra SMP Negeri 19 Palembang”. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Latihan Bola Gantung Terhadap Ketepatan Servis Bawah Dalam Permainan Sepak Takraw Pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Siswa Putra SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen Mumi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw SMP Negeri 19 Palembang., dengan jumlah Populasi sebanyak 60 orang siswa yang di bagi menjadi 2 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing yaitu 30 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen diberi perlakuan dan 30 siswa sebagai kelompok control tidak di beri perlakuan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji statistik normalitas sampel, uji statistik homogenitas sampel dan uji t. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini pada kelompok eksperimen, latihan bola gantung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan servis bawah pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. Dan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan a = 0,05 dan taraf kepercayaan 95% = 1,771 di peroleh nilai t^tung sebesar 41,5 jadi 41,5 > 1,771 Dari hasil diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Latihan bola gantung dapat mempengaruhi ketepatan servis bawah dalam permainan sepak takraw pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler siswa putra SMP Negeri 19 Palembang.
