Abstract

The aim of research to know the effect using skin’s cassava fermented meal with ragi tempe in ration to crude protein digestion and crude fiber digestion on quail. This research done in Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty Sriwijaya University, Indralaya on February 2009 unti! of April 2009. The research using completely randomized design with four treatments and five replications. The treatments were PO (without skin’s cassava fermented meal), P1 (10% skin’s cassava fermented meal), P2 (20% skin’s cassava fermented meal), P3 (30% skin’s cassava fermented meal). Observed parameters were crude protein digestion and crude fiber digestion on quail. The result showed that using 10% skin’s cassava fermented meal in ration significantly to crude protein digestion and crude fiber digestion on quail.
