Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Palembang. The population in this study were all employees, amounting to 52 people as respondents using the census technique. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance at Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Palembang. Therefore employees are expected to continue to increase attendance by always being present at Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Palembang and also not always late to come to Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Palembang to work so as to improve performance.
