Abstract
This study aims to .detennine and analuze the influence of the discipline of work to employees perfonnance at PT. PLN (Persero) Generation Of South Sumatera. The population of this study is total number of employees in PT. PLN (Persero) Generation Of South Sumatera, which is 85 people, also as the respondents and using a simple linear regression as the analysis method. The results of the study show that discipline has a significant effect. On employees perfonnance, in order to work discipline and betteff performance it is secested that the leardership pay more attention to compensation, the definite rules that can be used, take action approptiate to the level of violation, the presence of supervision.
