Abstract

PT.PLN (Persero) dalkit sector keramasan palambang city is a state-owned enterprises that deal with aspects related to electricity. The system used in data processing activities of incoming mail and outgoing mail is still not computerized. So often the occurrence of hard or lose in the data, and less effective in the process of processing incoming mail and outgoing mail. The application of incoming and outgoing mail aims to overcome the lack of efficiency that often occurs in the activities of correspondence contained in PT.PLN (Persero) sector dalkit palembang city. Incoming and outgoing mail application is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database that can assist in the processing of correspondence in PT.PLN (Persero) sector dalkit keramasan palambang.
