Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 responden dan menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga sampelnya adalah seluruh populasi penelitian yang merupakan guru di SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 47 Palembang.
