Abstract
The number of covid-19 cases is still active in Indonesia and the city of Palembang and workplaces, especially those that provide public facilities, are one of the contributing clusters. The phenomenon of increasing the number of LRT passengers every day has the potential to cause vulnerability for workers at the Palembang LRT station to contract covid-19 which will experience very large impacts and losses, so it requires the implementation of health protocols that become a new habit and will form a compliance. This study aims to analyze the compliance of health protocols in workers at the Palembang LRT station. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, with a population of all workers at the Palembang LRT station and a research sample of 156 respondents. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately, bivariate analysis using chi square tests to see the relationship between variables. The results showed that 96.2% of workers had high compliance with health protocols and bivariate results showed a significant relationship between attitudes (p-value = 0.032), perception (p-value = 0.047), and colleagues' support (p-value = 0.010) to compliance with health protocols in workers at the Palembang LRT station. Meanwhile, the knowledge variable (p-value = 0.316) and the availability of facilities and infrastructure (p-value = 0.278) did not have a significant relationship with the compliance of health protocols for workers at the Palembang LRT station. In improving health protocols and ensuring compliance with workers, it is hoped that LRT managers can provide education related to Covid-19 and health protocols to workers, provide counseling sessions, form special teams to monitor health protocols for workers, and fulfill health protocol facilities and infrastructure specifically for workers at the Palembang LRT station.
