Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on lifestyle changes, one of which is food consumption through the online food ordering feature. Prevalence of overweight adolescent aged 16-18 years in Depok according to BMI-for-age ranks first at the west Java Province level, while the prevalence of obesity is 5.75%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between meal consumption and snack consumption through the online food ordering feature and the nutritional status of adolescents during a pandemic at Depok High School. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design approach. The population in this study were teenagers in Depok High School with a sample of 79 people. The sample in this study was taken by simple random sampling. The analytical method used to see the relationship is the chi-square test and Fisher’s Exact test. The results of the analysis show that meal consumption through the online food ordering feature has a relationship with the nutritional status of adolescent during a pandemic in Depok High School (p = 0,003). There was no significant relationship between the consumption of snack through the online food ordering feature and the nutritional status of adolescent during a pandemic in Depok High School (p = 1,000). The conclusion obtained is that the majority of respondents were female, aged 16 years, had an allowance of ≥20 thousand rupiahs per day, consumption of meals through the online food ordering feature was high, consumption of snacks through the online food ordering feature was not high in calories, and had normal nutritional status. Respondents are advised to always choose foods that can support body health, monitor weight and height regularly in order to know nutritional status.
