Abstract
PT. Sumatera Prima Fibreboard was a private company engaged in the industry, which produced Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) that had been compacted with resin. This company had a problem that employee was Sharing knowledge difficulty that was Document Based. The system development method that used was 10-step Knowledge Management Roadmap. This research used Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to determine the best value based on the criteria of the specified employee. For the method of searching knowledge used String Matching Brute Force algorithm. The result of this research is employees can manage the document easly and share both types of knowledge to other employee who have poor judgment, good, and very good so that it can help the assessment of employee performance and vision of the company's mission will be achieved well.
