Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh variabel sosial ekonomi pada pendapatan driver ojek di Kota Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat variabel pendapatan driver ojek online sebagai variabel dependen dan variabel independen jam kerja, umur dan jenis startup sebagai variabel dummy yang dimana 1 = Gojek dan 0 = jenis startup lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode field study research dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada driver ojek online sebanyak 62 orang di Kota Palembang, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda maka didapat hasil temuan bahwa variabel jam kerja dan jenis startup memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif (P<0,05), sedangkan variabel umur memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan (P>0,05), selain itu penilitian ini terbebas dari pengujian asumsi klasik. Pada penelitian ini memiliki besaran koefisien determinasi sebesar 13,98 persen dan sisanya sebesar 86,02 persen dipengaruhi variabel diluar penelitian ini yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan driver ojek online di Kota Palembang.
