Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 47 PALEMBANG Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru yang ada di SMP Negeri 47 Palembang menggunakan sampel berjumlah 41 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan diperoleh dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Kata kunci: Guru, Prestasi Kerja, Kuesioner, Pengembangan Karir.
